S&A chiller CW-6100AT is applied for cooling 500W fiber laser cutting machine, which has dual pump and dual temperature function, 4.2KW cooling capacity and ±0.5℃ precisely temperature control.

what is the meaning of dual pump ,dual temperature ,and dual control ?

1. dual pump: two pumps in water chiller, as our product CW-6100AT with a big pump and a small pump, which can produce different water pressure and flow to fit the fiber

2 .double temperature: two sets of independent temperature control system, it means that the chiller need to separate high and low temperature due to the laser body need to low temperature cooling while cutting head need to high temperature cooling. It don't have an obvious advantage in winter, but in the summer, when the environment temperature in factory up to 30-40 degrees, the cutting head will frost and make a serious and affect when in the work.

3.dual control: we can adjust the chiller temperature in two temperature modes based on dual temperature ,one is constant temperature control and another is intelligent temperature control. The cutting head high-temperature will be set to intelligent temperature control, the auto sensing will change as environmental temperature change and it can prevent the cutting head from frosting.
