In the smart home, the infrared camera occupies a lot of status. So what is a smart infrared camera, and how big is its power? The following small series will solve your problems.
What is a smart infrared camera?
The visible light that can be seen by the human eye is red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, and purple according to the wavelength from long to short. Light that is shorter than the wavelength of violet light is called ultraviolet light; light that is longer than the wavelength of red light is called infrared light, and human eyes cannot see infrared rays. Because the digital camera uses CCD to sense all the light, it causes the captured image to be very different from the image produced by our naked eye only seeing visible light. In order to solve this problem, the digital camera adds an infrared filter between the lens and the CCD. Its function is to let the infrared light in a certain band pass, absorb or reflect visible light and ultraviolet light. At present, most intelligent infrared cameras use LED infrared light-emitting diodes as the main material of infrared cameras.
How big is the power of the infrared camera?
The required current of the infrared lamp with a diameter of Φ3mm is 8mA/piece, the current of the infrared lamp with a diameter of Φ5mm is 10mA/piece, the current of the infrared lamp with a diameter of Φ8mm is 30mA/piece, and the diameter is Φ8mm. The infrared current required for the infrared lamp is 50 mA/piece, and the current required for the infrared lamp with a diameter of Φ10 mm is 70 mA/piece, and each infrared camera (color) itself needs to consume about 150-250 mA of current. In other words, how many infrared lamps are used in the camera you choose, you should also multiply the amount of current required by each lamp to get the total current required by the lamp, plus the current required by the infrared camera itself is 200mA. If the infrared camera also has a motorized zoom lens, then the current required by the motorized lens is about 800mA, and the working current required by the entire infrared zoom camera is obtained. It is worth noting that the infrared light of the infrared camera is also divided. Imported and domestically produced, the actual required electric power is also different; some manufacturers increase the power of the infrared lamp, and the actual consumption is still greater than the nominal current.
